Our platform is offered through our website www.washandbuzz.com ("Site") and via our web-based application ("App") to support point of sale, order tracking, customer management, and delivery logistics.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Service. By using our Service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms, including our Privacy Policy and any additional service-level agreements we may provide (collectively, the "Agreement").
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our Site or App and become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

Wash & Buzz provides POS systems, websites, and optional pickup/delivery tools to laundry and dry cleaning businesses. You must have an active account with us ("Account") to use the Service. We onboard customers through a signed or written agreement.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with this Agreement. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access.

Wash & Buzz integrates with Twilio to allow businesses using our Service to send essential text messages to their customers regarding laundry and dry cleaning orders. This integration is available through Twilio.
Consent: Before any text messages are sent to a customer, the business must obtain that customer's consent. For new customers, consent is captured verbally, in person or over the phone, at the time a customer profile is created. For existing or returning customers, consent is captured at the time a new ticket is created for that customer, and such customers are treated as opted-out by default until a consent decision is recorded. Customers may accept, deny, or defer this choice. Where a customer defers, the business will continue to request consent at each future ticket creation until a decision is made. Customers may change their consent status at any time by contacting the business directly.
Message types: Messages sent through this program may include order confirmations, order status updates, pickup and delivery notifications, ready-for-pickup alerts, payment reminders, and support-related messages. These messages are transactional and operational in nature. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this Service unless separately disclosed and separately consented to.
Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on order activity and the business's settings. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Customers may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by requesting that the business update their consent status directly through their customer profile. Customers may opt back in at any time by requesting that the business re-enable messaging on their profile.
Help: Customers may reply HELP to any message to receive assistance, or contact the business directly for support.
No sharing for marketing. Mobile phone numbers and consent status collected for this program will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and any activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Wash & Buzz may access your account to perform maintenance or support operations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wash & Buzz, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, nor do we warrant it will meet your specific needs. Wash & Buzz disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the total amount you paid for the Service in the past three (3) months or $500, whichever is lower.
We are not liable for lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss while using the Services unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Wash & Buzz is not liable for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
You may not assign or transfer your rights without our prior written consent.
All content, features, and functionality available through the Wash & Buzz platform—including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and code—are the exclusive property of Wash & Buzz LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Service or related content without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted in these Terms.
All trademarks, service marks, and trade names of Wash & Buzz used in connection with the Service are proprietary to Wash & Buzz LLC. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
